Our in-person and live streaming Sunday Worship service is at 10:00 AM. We hope you will join us!
Music, Music, Music
Music plays a large part of our worship service, and we are fortunate to have many talented members who participate: Bells of Praise Ensemble (pictured), our Adult Choir, the St. Paul’s Brass, and the talents of our church pianist and organist, Kristin Lundine Scheets.
The Purple Moose Preschool has a new home at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ.
Purple Moose Enrichment Preschool is conveniently located 485 Woodstock St., Crystal Lake. We offer a progressive, perpetually evolving curriculum that we research, develop and specialize for each age group.

Thanksgiving Food Drive
Sunday, November 24th, 2024
The holidays are right around the corner and Crystal Lake Food Pantry is gearing up for its annual food drive. The Food Pantry has been serving our community for over 40 years and St. Paul’s has been a part of the team since the beginning.
We will be collecting food and monetary donations to benefit the pantry on Sunday, November 24th. Paper donation bags along with a list of needed pantry items will be distributed on November 10th and 17th to help remind everyone of this important ministry.
The Food Pantry has seen a significant increase in the number of neighbors needing assistance. Please consider donating to our food drive this year. It takes a village, it takes YOU!
Wreath of Friendship
Saturday, December 14th
We will sponsor our annual Wreath of Friendship. Poinsettias and delicious baked goods are delivered to members and friends of St. Paul’s who have lost loved ones during the year. We also remember and honor our homebound and elderly friends with this gift from the church family.
Please put the Wreath of Friendship on your December “to do” list. You can help us by:
- donating baked goods, (cookies and small breads)
- donating your time and delivering the gift; and/or
- making a monetary donation to assist with the cost of the poinsettias.
Look for the sign-up sheet at the Market Place in the Narthex if you are willing to help us this year.
Please let Sheryl Gee know if you have a neighbor, friend or know of someone in assisted living who would appreciate a Wreath of Friendship gift this year.
Circle Saturday, December 14th on your calendar today and keep the Wreath of Friendship in your thoughts and prayers.
